Photographer Gail Cushing has launched her fall fundraiser to help fight hunger in New Jersey. During October and November, Ms. Cushing, a portrait photographer and owner of GSC Photography, LLC, based in New Providence, will donate $75 of her clients’ creative fees to the Community FoodBank of NJ.
"It’s hard to smile when you are hungry", says Ms. Cushing. "And there is nothing more precious than a child’s smile."
"Thousands of children in New Jersey go to bed hungry or go off to school without having had a good breakfast. If I can help ease their burden just a little bit, then I and my clients have helped to make this a better world," she added.
Those interested in helping during this fundraiser can get more information on Ms. Cushing’s Website www.gscphotography.com or call 908-868-8023.
