Author, Therapist, and parenting educator Diane Lang of Livingston leads workshops throughout New York and New Jersey. Diane will be at the Hunterdon Adult School on Tuesday, June 16th at 6 p.m. teaching The Positive Parent Workshop or Wednesday, June 17th at 7 p.m. at the Montville Public Library teaching Letting go of Anger workshop.
Diane Lang author of "Baby Steps: The Path from Motherhood to Career" is a Therapist, Career Counselor and Life Coach with an expertise in multiple mental health and lifestyle needs. Her passion for helping women find their place in motherhood and the workplace is apparent in her book and in her speaking engagements. Her myriad experiences on Motherhood to Career include seminars for moms re-entering the workforce, child development and parenting; co-hosting a radio show on the art of balancing motherhood and career; and contributing to several working mom Blogs.
Diane’s workshops on Happiness and Creating Balance and Relieving Anxiety help people live a happier, more balanced lifestyle using tips and techniques based on Positive psychology.
