Peter Wisniewski, Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp, located at 180 Mt. Airy Rd., Basking Ridge, NJ, announced that the firm was instrumental in procuring two recreational tenants for a total of 20,988 square feet of vacant space in Millington (NJ) and Bridgewater (NJ) In the first transaction Wisniewski said that 17,588 sq. ft. of warehouse space was leased for the relocation and expansion of Top Flight Gymnastics Academy, one of the most regarded gymnastics schools in the State. Top Flight, which provides a wide range of gymnastics services for children, from preschool gym to tumbling for high school and college cheerleaders to competitive teams, has relocated from its former location in Berkeley Heights (NJ) to its own building as part of 50 Division Avenue, Millington, a 134,168 square foot mixed use industrial facility owned by Tifa Realty. The facility is centrally located at the Millington train station, close to Bernardsville and Basking Ridge and is equidistant from Summit, Somerville and Morristown, the main business hubs in the area. Stephie Palm of CB Richard Ellis is the managing agent who represented the owner in the transaction. Wisniewski represented Top Flight Gymnastics.
In a Bridgewater exclusive listing assignment, a 3,400 square foot freestanding office/commercial building located at 387 Route28, just east of the Route 22 intersection, was leased by Lois Allen School of Dance for its second location, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010. The company, which originally started in Newark, NJ over 55 years ago, has a longstanding location in Clark, NJ. Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp. was the sole broker in the transaction.
