 Brooke Manino, an Executive Coach and President of the BNI® Business Exchange Chapter in Summit, NJ, was recently appointed President-Elect for the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association (NJPCA). NJPCA is the local chapter of the International Coach Federation and views its mission to be the voice of professional coaching in the state of New Jersey to enhance the visibility, credibility and trust of the coaching profession and its members. Ms. Manino is the founder and President of Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, LLC, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals and leadership teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. "It is an honor to be selected for this role and to serve my fellow coaches and their clients through the work that NJPCA does in New Jersey." shared Ms. Manino. In addition to serving on the NJPCA Board, she is the Vice President on the Board of Trustees for Child and Family Resources, a non-profit organization in Morris County. Ms. Manino also serves as the Educational Chair on the Board of the Executive Women’s Golf Association Northern New Jersey Chapter.
BNI® is the largest business networking organization in the world, offering members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals. Each chapter includes members who are local area business people from many different professions. Only one person from each profession is permitted to join a chapter of BNI®.
